In winter, the temperature gradually drops. When we use construction machinery, oil, gas and cooling pipelines are prone to various failures due to the cold weather. In order to keep the working performance of the equipment unaffected, we must artificially create a good environment suitable for the electrical equipment, so that it can operate normally, serve the production better, and ensure the safe production unimpeded.
Now I'd like to share with you some problems and solutions of construction machinery in use:
The electric box is easy to cause condensation and frost in low temperature environment;
The gluing quality of glued workpiece is reduced.
Solution: the temperature of the production environment should be kept above 5 ℃, the temperature of the edge sealing and thermoplastic process workshop is recommended to be above 15 ℃, and the environmental temperature of the production raw material storage should also be noted to prevent the material from changing.
Mobile electrical cables, cables on equipment drag chains or plastic and rubber dust suction pipes become hard and brittle at low temperature, which is easy to break and cause leakage.
Solution: patrol inspection shall be strengthened to check whether the plastic and rubber of the dust collection pipe are deformed and leaked, and sealing treatment shall be conducted at the place where condensation and frost have been found.
The capacitance screen and liquid crystal screen of the equipment are easy to fail at low temperature, resulting in wrong action;
The programmable controller on the equipment (such as indoor PLC and its module) working below 0 degree is easy to cause non working, alarm or damage to the module;
In low temperature environment, the industrial computer on the equipment will restart the system, damage the equipment and produce quality problems.
Solution: in winter, the main power supply of the equipment is started for 5 minutes, and then the control power supply is started to make the air conditioner in the electric box fully play its role.
The water in the filter in the air source treatment element is easy to cause icing and cracking of the filter;
The working delay is caused by water icing inside the air cylinder and solenoid valve;
The internal water storage of pressure gauge, flowmeter, drain valve group, etc. of each pipeline will cause water leakage and damage the seal due to icing.
Solution: check the filtering and drying system of the air source to avoid moisture entering the air system of the equipment. Pneumatic three components strengthen function detection to avoid failure.
The water of water-cooled spindle or vacuum pump freezes and cracks the cooling pipe.
Solution: for the spindle or vacuum pump cooled by water, the specified antifreeze shall be added as required to prevent the cooling pipe from cracking. If it is not used for a long time during the holiday, the internal water shall be drained before the holiday.

The central lubrication system may cause the oil viscosity to increase due to the low ambient temperature, which may cause an error alarm. The original value shall be recorded before necessary adjustment. When the ambient temperature rises, the original value will be restored.
