"JATE" burner-TCM linear series is a combined linear star burner, high-efficiency air heating fully automatic gas burner, low-emission burner with high compact modular design, providing reliable operability and minimum Maintenance, ideal for providing a large amount of clean hot air; applications include industrial equipment for ovens, dryers, incinerators, and NVC; in addition, models without fans can be ordered for circulating air applications, and the TCM series burners are easy to operate , reliable, lower carbon monoxide emissions than similar competitors.
Features
Belonging to the linear burner, the linear gas nozzle design makes the heat energy evenly distributed in the hot air system; the high proportion of stepless fire power adjustment and energy saving achieves the effects of precise temperature control, rapid heating and energy saving.
It is a high-efficiency air-heated fully automatic gas burner, a new type of burner designed for generating a large amount of hot air in industrial processes. Using multiple air and gas mixed combustion methods, the combustion is complete and energy saving (gas) is not comparable to ordinary gun-type burners.
A complete combustion air blower is installed behind the steel casing of the burner. By supplying proper air volume and air pressure, when the flow velocity in the air duct varies within a wide range, the fan can operate stably without installing a flow velocity plate around the burner
